Shipping and return conditions
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail and information about the shipment of your order. Your order will be shipped via the well-known shipping partners. We have most items in stock, but we will let you know if the shipment will take longer than the stated shipping time.
We do everything we can to have your order delivered to you as soon as possible. We strive to have your order delivered to you in the Netherlands within 5 working days after receipt of your payment. Outside the Netherlands we aim for a delivery time between 3 – 8 working days.
Order not received
Have you not received your order after the maximum stated shipping time? Please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org and state at least the order number of your order and name and address details.
If you are not satisfied with your order, or if you have accidentally ordered the wrong product, you can return the products within 14 days of receipt. If you want to return your order, please contact us in advance via email@example.com. In any case, state the order number of your order and name and address details.
Return shipping costs
The costs for returning products are for the account of the buyer.
We will refund the total amount within the Netherlands. Outside the Netherlands we will refund your purchase, minus shipping costs. We cannot refund your additional shipping costs for the return. We advise you to send it with a tracking code.
We do everything we can to package our products as best as possible. In the unlikely event that products show a defect upon receipt, please contact us before returning them. In the event of a demonstrable defect upon receipt, the costs for any return shipment will be refunded by ColorKay.
When will you refund my purchase amount?
We strive to refund the purchase amount to your account within 14 days after we have received your product.
